This IntraVex Utility Suite allows 3PLs to outsource their back-office business process including personnel, industry specific applications, and systems infrastructure to run the applications. The Utility Suite for 3PLs provides everything offered in the Utility Suite for Shippers in addition to:

• Freight booking – complete freight booking system including implementation of carrier and customer specific rates, best routing instructions and service levels by carriers
• Shipping documentation – shipment execution tools for bill of lading and other carrier documentation
• EDI implementation services – outbound EDI to customers, inbound receipt of EDI for brokerage applications
• Customer shipment billing services – manual bills sent to customer/shippers, EDI 210 bills sent to the customer’s third parties, electronic invoicing
• AR Services – collection of payments from shippers and remittance of payments to carriers and commissioned sales agents, electronic remittance and payment
• Reporting and data analysis – target savings opportunities, dynamic traffic analysis tools, payment history, secure access to shipping detail, and specific reports as needed
